We believe property management should be stress-free. That’s why we handle everything: from consulting, advertising and screening tenants to collecting rent, filing evictions, managing court appearances and small- and large-scale debris removal and overseeing repairs. Flexible Financing for Repairs – Streamlined Repair Financing.
“We facilitate necessary repairs by providing flexible financing, secured by only a small upfront deposit. To maintain transparency and comply with all legal and financial requirements for publicly listed properties, the cost of repairs and the subsequent payment arrangement will be placed said properties on public record as an administrative measure. The remainder of the cost is then handled through convenient monthly payments, easing the financial pressure on the property owner.”
Building Materials Sales– In an effort to reduce cost we sell and use if available pre-use building materials, furnaces and A/c units e.t.c
Tenant Support – We welcome renters with no credit or slow credit, offering access to clean, renovated units—many with balconies or decks—and both lead-free and lead-safe options.
No Application Fees – Unlike most companies, we never charge application fees, ensuring fair and accessible housing for all.
Dumpster Rental and Construction Debris Removal– We offer dumpster rental from a 10-yarder to a 40 yarder. In fact, we can even load if you prefer, we have the manpower and equipment and we partner with local companies.
Accepting Vouchers- We accept all government vouchers included section 8 tenants.
We specialize in water heater and gas furnace replacements, as well as small electrical repairs, but we handle all kinds of repairs. Please note: We are not licensed and do not offer licensed repair technicians for any trades. Homeowners will be responsible for all drawings, engineering and obtaining any and all necessary permits and dump fees. We are your one stop solution large or small.
